These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tron Legacy website, interactive demo, and mobile application (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
Tron Legacy provides analytical risk and compliance reports for TRON (TRC20) addresses based on public blockchain data and third-party intelligence sources. Reports include a risk score, sanctions screening, exposure analysis and related signals. Outputs are probabilistic and provided for informational purposes.
3. Not financial, legal or compliance advice
Tron Legacy is a decision-support tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. A favourable or unfavourable score does not guarantee the legitimacy, safety or legality of any address, counterparty or transaction.
4. Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
- Use reports to harass, dox, discriminate against or unlawfully deny service to any person.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or create derivative datasets from the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls or security measures.
- Misrepresent Tron Legacy outputs as definitive proof of wrongdoing.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, scoring methodology, design and content, is owned by Tron Legacy and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Third-party data & trademarks
The Service references public blockchain data and third-party sources. Entity, exchange and network names are used for identification and coverage purposes only. Tron Legacy is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the TRON Foundation, Tether, or any named exchange. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that reports are error-free, complete or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tron Legacy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, funds, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD 100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tron Legacy from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tron Legacy is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.
